Monroe County School District’s elementary and PreK–8 schools are hosting their annual Kindergarten Kick-off events designed to help incoming students and their families feel right at home. These events will be offered during morning and evening hours.
Your child’s future elementary school will welcome families on campus, giving students the chance to:
- Visit real kindergarten classrooms
- Meet caring teachers and staff
- Pick up registration packets and important information
- Get your Play Your Way into Kindergarten readiness game
To help families prepare for the transition to kindergarten, the school district has posted helpful resources and links on its website at keysschools.com. These tools will help guide families through the registration process. The school district looks forward to starting this exciting journey with our families.
